Serial numbers automatically increment from 1 to 50,000 within each financial year. When the new financial year begins (July 1 by default in Pakistan), the serial number resets to 1. This is fully automatic — you never need to manage serial numbers manually.
Yes! Admin users can add, edit, and manage document types, issuing offices, and issuing departments from the dashboard settings. Each has a short code (up to 10 characters) and description that you can customize to match your organization.
Absolutely! The Free plan gives you 10 references per financial year with 1 admin user and 5 document types — no credit card required. It's perfect for small businesses or trying out the platform before upgrading.
You can attach PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, GIF, ZIP, and RAR files. Each file can be up to 10MB. Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple attachments per reference.
Pro and Enterprise users can send reference details by email directly from the dashboard. The email includes reference information, attached files, and your custom email signature. All sent emails are logged for your records.
